Memberships are now monthly dues and are structured more in the summer when you're likely playing frequently and much lower in the winter when you're not likely playing as much. You do not need to sign up each spring, membership just keeps going. If you decide to cancel or miss more than one monthly payment your membership will result in automatic cancellation, and rejoining will require paying the initiation fee again.

[ ] I understand that membership dues will automatically continue on a monthly basis unless canceled in writing.
[ ] If a payment is missed, I will not be allowed to golf until the payment is made. If more than one payment is unpaid, my membership will be automatically canceled and the initiation fee will be required to sign back up.
[ ] If I cancel my membership and choose to rejoin in the future, I will be required to pay the initiation fee again.
[ ] In the future Membership rates are subject to change, due to inflation or increased operational cost, you will be given at least 30 days' notice.
[ ] I understand that membership dues and initiation fees are non-refundable.
[ ] I agree to check in before starting each round I play. Either letting the clubhouse employees know I’m playing, or signing in on the door if the clubhouse is closed.
[ ] I agree to pay off my clubhouse tab by the end of October or a 10% fee will be added to my account each month starting November 1st.
[ ] I understand I cannot pause or skip winter months. Monthly billing continues year-round unless the membership is cancelled.
[ ] Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Billing will continue during this period.
[ ] +Cart & Platinum Memberships, carts only included Apr-Sep. Carts must be checked out by you and the key returned when you finish playing. Carts can not be given to another golfer to use without you present.

Private Owned Golf Carts--Trail Fees and Rules
$395 per year (up to 2 people are permitted to take out the same cart)
OR $12 daily rate
Carts are only allowed to be used on the course when the conditions are dry and the course is renting out carts (normally May-Oct).
No private owned carts are to be stored on the golf course property.
Before starting to play with a private owned cart, you must first check in at the clubhouse, every time.
The same rules apply to private carts as course carts--ex: they always must be kept off tee boxes, 20 yards from greens, out of cart restricted areas, and all other restrictions that apply to course carts.
Private owned carts that are found violating any of the course rules will lose all course use privileges with no refund.
